HVSC is Học viện Sẻ Chia HVSC International Co., Ltd., tax code 0314003883, headquartered at 32/60 Phan Sào Nam, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. HVSC provides airfare, technology services (websites, apps, software, VPS, website management, domain names), digital marketing, and maintains some community activities.
Since when has HVSC existed?
HVSC started in 2009 from technology and media teams, merging into the HVSC – Học viện Sẻ Chia brand on 09/09/2016.
Is HVSC a school?
No. "Học viện" in the name reflects a spirit of sharing knowledge. HVSC is a business; it does not enroll students or issue degrees.
How are HVSC and Vé Du Học related?
Vé Du Học (veduhoc.vn) is a flight ticket brand for international students operated by HVSC, with the same legal entity and hotline 0939.502.093.
Flight Tickets
How do I book a ticket through HVSC?
Send your itinerary through the ticket search box on the home page or message the flight ticket line 090.1800.918 on Zalo. The booker sends back options with prices including taxes and fees, baggage, and change and refund conditions; the seat is held first, you transfer payment, and HVSC issues the ticket.
How do I pay?
Transfer to the account in the name of Công ty TNHH Quốc tế Học viện Sẻ Chia HVSC before the ticket is issued. HVSC does not offer credit terms for ticket bookings.
Is a VAT invoice available?
Yes, for both individual and business customers.
Can the ticket price change after it is quoted?
It can. The price is only fixed once the ticket is issued, because airlines change prices depending on remaining seats. Your booker will tell you if the price changes before you pay.
How do ticket changes and refunds work? {#doi-hoan-ve} Change and refund conditions are set by the airline according to the fare class and are stated in the quotation. Send the booking code to your booker to check the change fee, the fare difference, or the refundable amount. Refund time depends on the airline's process.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Call or Zalo the airfare line 090.1800.918 (urgent support while a flight is under way). Bookers check the options the airline offers and help change flights or book replacement legs after a missed connection.
How many kilograms of baggage am I allowed?
It depends on the airline, seat class, and itinerary. The quotation clearly states the checked and carry-on allowance. Students are advised on routes with 40kg or 2 pieces of 23kg at Vé Du Học.
Does HVSC issue visas?
Your booker checks the transit visa requirements on the itinerary and reminds you which documents to bring.
Where can I check actual flight times?
On HVSC's airport flight board , look up by flight number.
Technology
What platform does HVSC build websites on?
Choose by the problem: a CMS when staff need to publish posts and edit prices themselves; an e-commerce platform for selling; a framework or custom build for specialized operations; a web app or PWA for tools used on phones. The specialized part is written as a separate module.
Can I manage the website myself once it is done?
Yes. HVSC hands over the admin account, provides hands-on guidance and documentation.
Who owns the data and source code?
The data belongs to the customer. Rights to the source code are stated in the contract. HVSC does not use or share customer data with third parties.
Where can I search for a domain name?

Can HVSC handle a hacked website?
Yes. HVSC backs up the current state, cleans out malware, finds the root vulnerability, and sends a report. See the page Website Management.
Marketing
Does HVSC guarantee a top Google ranking?
No. HVSC commits to the workload, the way it is measured, and transparent reporting; no one can control Google's algorithm.
What is GEO?
GEO means optimizing content and brand so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews cite them when answering users. Details are on the page GEO.
Does HVSC take communications content for every industry?
No. HVSC declines industries and products that are prohibited or restricted from advertising under Vietnamese law, and reviews content against the Advertising Law before publishing. Paid advertising is currently not accepting new clients.

Data and safety
How do I know whether someone claiming to be HVSC staff is genuine?
Call hotline 0939.502.093 to verify. HVSC only receives money into an account in the company's name and never asks you to transfer money to a personal account.
How long does HVSC keep my information?
For the period stated in the Privacy Policy. You can request to view, correct, or delete your data.
